Merry Yule

It's here. My most favorite time of year. I am the rare person who admits to actually liking winter. I love the hoar frost, and the beautiful light. I love the muffled sounds of snow falling and seeing my breath in the crisp air. I don't love numb feet, legs burning from too much cold, and bundling up, but that's nothing compared to Winter's beauty.

Yule marks the shift from the dead of winter to looking towards spring. The shortest day is behind us and days are slowly getting longer. Light is coming back!

My beautiful model Codi came along for another adventurous session in our Sabbat series. She braved some seriously cold temps, walked through snow, deer trails, and investigated a make shift shelter.
